This Wednesday i stayed the night at a friends house with her boyfriend. We had a lot to drink and it ended up with my friends boyfriend raping me. He used my mouth mainly and I have most of it on recording even though I was blacking out from the alcohol. Thats the jist.
Heres what I need advice from: I filled a police report, did a rape kit, and presented the recording. But the detective said it is unlikely the state will take it seriously since I had woken up from a blackout state and randomly decided to hit record and conveniently got it on tape because I “just had a feeling”.
I have not been in a good space since then so apologies if this is all over the place, i am just wondering if anything will actually happen because of that or if the detective was just being judgmental

Edit 2: for the few people saying this is made up because I previously posted a comment on a different sub about CNC… there is a clear thing that was not given beforehand (consent, btw). I am not about to go into my past trauma on a legal advice sub. I had pressed record because the boy had a history of cheating and he was saying sexual stuff so k was going to tell his girlfriend in the morning, i was not expecting him to rape me.
