Location: Utah: Girlfriend has been cheating, found out tonight. Suspected it for a while. I pay for her phone, not to hold anything over her but it was a Christmas present last year. That just means monthly payments on the phone itself, not plan. She stabbed me three times tonight in an argument. We've both been drinking. She punctured and slashed my arm because I withheld the phone from her. I have the whole thing recorded on my phone. Not sure what to do, I want to press charges but I don't want to also get a DV charge. Do I report to police or does it also screw me over?
