I traded some Pokemon cards from my binder 2 days ago for a PC. We spent over 4 hours going through cards. They even had a friend with them who was looking over all of them and assessing conditions. The PC they valued it at $1750. One particular card they said was Moderately Played and valued it at $650.
Well 2 days later and now he’s saying he doesn’t agree that it’s Moderately Played. That it’s been altered by blue pen. I do not agree. I have never altered a card. And all 3 of agreed on said condition. And he wants his money back or go through the rest of my cards and get $650 worth of cards. We went back and forth and now he says he’s going to take me to small claims court if I don’t make it right.
Since we agreed at time of trade, can he actually sue me? I can’t afford a lawyer or court.
