I am not trying to dispute it, I recognize it is my debt, I kept hoping one of the many companies it went through would eventually make an offer for less than what I owed and then get some sort of payment plan.
Anyone have any recommendations on steps to follow now?
Is there anything else I can do in this situation, I am guessing since I have confirmed with the county that there is a lawsuit I am essentially screwed?
