Reporting a coworker and potential work place retaliation.

Hello recently a coworker has accused me of intaking a banned client even though it is documented that it was indeed them. They have then kept harassing me into falsely admitting that I was the one at fault. (I have not admitted to anything) and will not leave me alone about it. This coworker is also training me and is giving me silent treatment when I am asking question pertaining to my job. This coworker has also intimidated a former coworker which this coworker ended up quitting once management took their side. So the big question is if I let management know if this situation for documentation and I do get demoted or fired do I have any sort of legal standing? I have been made aware from the former coworker that they will likely put me under a performance review . I am just trying to see how to go about this because I do not want to get flagged for something I clearly didn’t do but they are now crying and making it seem like I’m conspiring against them.
