ALE came in today with a search warrant for the business I work at, held us for over a hour while they sorted through things I was NOT asked for my ID and NOT asked questions just told to sit in a chair. Was I detained? They never specified, supposedly the law in my state says they cannot conduct a personal search or take your phone without a warrant or asking consent they did not ask me to search me but told me to pull my shirt up to show I had nothing in my waist band and my phone was kept away from me from them to where I could not contact anyone I personally was not provided a warrant for myself,or asked or told anything but they did both of those? Can that be fought against them for not asking the proper things before doing?
