Location: South Carolina
My father leased his mobile home a few years ago, I let him put it on my property as I already had a septic tank and meter from a previous mobile home that I removed. He passed away about a month ago, I informed the company he passed and I will not be paying for the home. It was foreclosed and they put a for-sale sign in my yard in front of the trailer.
Obviously I want to do this the legal way, and I need to stress I am in no way obligated to the trailer home or associated with it, nor is the land its sitting on. The land is solely in my name and I owe nobody or any company for it.
How can I go about getting this thing off my land, I refuse to let some grubby company use my property as an advertising lot.
