My soon to be Ex wife had an affair with a minor (16 Year old) in her care. Tennessee state seems not to be pushing the issue into a criminal case. The incident has multipole reports and statements from other kids and adults as well as her confession. She is now trying to get 50/50 custody of our children who are in my care. My attorney has absolutely messed up my paperwork and I have to find a new attorney and get it all figured out before my next court date. I have 2 questions. First how do push for her to be charged Criminally? Secondly Is there any advice on how to handle the Attorney who has more or less jeopardized my divorce case? Yes he is fired and I am finding a new one but is there malpractice or? Sense this we have moved and the Divorce case is in Idaho
