So I have this Nextdoor neighbor, he’s always been a really nice person and always shares fruits and plants with us, as we bonded over mutual love for gardening. Anyway, recently he was texting me about some oranges he had for me, when he accidentally sent me some messages meant for someone else. He picked up a conversation it seems, about taking pictures of or around some girl while she slept. He implied he accidentally woke her up and wasn’t able to take more pictures but would another day, and that she seemed suspicious so he tried claiming he was seeing if she was awake. See for yourself in the photos. He then realized his error and tried saying he was just pranking someone but it seemed really forced. I don’t know what to do with this as there’s nothing explicitly incriminating about the actual messages, so I don’t know if I can file a report. It should be mentioned he has a wife who lives with him, and she has a daughter from a prior marriage who lives nearby, however she is college age which rules out my ability to contact CPS. I don’t know if it’s her he’s talking about but she is of small frame and very shy which makes me feel that she may be vulnerable, despite her adulthood. I never have an opportunity to talk to his wife alone. Another thing is that another neighbor said one time that he sent her dick pics asking about a questionable skin condition afflicting him, this didn’t seem all that odd considering she is a former nurse. She implied though, it seemed he had more on his mind than medical advice, but she couldn’t prove it and has lied in the past numerous times, so I didn’t really believe her. I’m not sure if they’re connected but it’s worth mentioning. I’ve asked all my friends and family I can about what they think, in case I’m being over paranoid, but they all came to the same conclusion. What should I do with this information that will be most effective in ensuring this gets handled properly. Location: Delhi California Merced County
