My brother literally sold my dad‘s house and use the money to purchase a very expensive home for himself. My brother moved my dad in to his new house and inside of six months, putting him in a nursing home.
I was not consulted at all, although I’d live closer to my brother. This all took place under my nose and is very deceptive in his actions.
For background, my dad was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s about a year ago and I don’t think he knew what was happening.
How do I proceed with getting back what was rightfully mine? I don’t even know where my dad is at this point. As my brother has hidden all that information.
