I ordered a couple items from whatnot, one being $20 the other being $500.
The store bundled the items and the got the same shipping number. Already weird.
Last week, I got a letter in my mail box saying i missed the delivery.
I sign the redelivery for a date I’ll be home. The normal mail man is on vacation and the substitute ignored the slip for two days. I thought he has other stuff on his plate.
I go to the post office and ask if they have my package, she hands me the small $20 package and asks me to sign. I told her there should be two, they’re together.
She checks and it’s just this package. She asks me to sign that I picked it up. I say “well it’s not the whole delivery so I’ll just leave it with you, I’m not comfortable signing anything.”
I then left without my package. A few days ago I get just the $20 package delivered without signature even though it was required (because of the $500 item)
I then get an email saying the order was completed.
I looked at the date, it was for the day I went into the post office (even though I didn’t pick it up then and didn’t sign)
I requested the delivery details and I see the screen I saw at the post office with dashes through my signature. I’ve never signed with nothing but my name. I did not do that.
Ontop of that, I haven’t received my $500 item and it was marked as delivered and signed for.
