Manager changing my time clock

Location: Florida

I’m gonna make this short and simple, my manager has been altering my time clock and I’ve been taking photos of when I clock in and clock out to make sure I’m not going nuts. I get an alert on my work schedule app everytime my manager does my time sheet and I’ll get multiple notifications saying that it’s been changed, then approved afterwards. It’s not always exactly the same but if I stay after my shift, (which is a pretty common occurrence not only for me but also my coworkers) it’s always rolled back about 30 mins to an hour depending on how much later I stayed. Now it’s not like I stay after my scheduled time just to rack up hours but rather it’s sort of impossible not to. I’m often stuck doing my tasks until 30 minutes to an hour after my scheduled time but this is accounted for in our task sheet. I also usually do clock out at a reasonable time even if I do end up staying after and I’ll end up doing my tasks off the clock. This has been a reoccurring thing for a few weeks now and I mentioned it to my coworkers and they also said that their time sheets were being changed as well.

I don’t know what legal action I can take on this or even if it’s possible to do anything about it, but I feel like there is some type of action I can make and I was hoping to reach out here to find out. So I guess my legal question is whether or not I can press charges, and or have them fired.
