Location: Tehama county CA. We just got the deed for an acre of land into my mother and my husband names. It was my late uncles and we were able to do a DE-305. Ok, so, we just served the dirtbag who’s living in the mobile home, we have title of that on the same names as mentioned above, and we need to get onto the property to assess the destruction done to the property, mobile home, outbuildings. Etc. we are also serving a 3 day non curable eviction due to illegal activity and waste. I’ve been told different things from an attorney to a sheriff deputy as to the answer to this question… can I open the locked gates to get into our property as long as I do not disrupt the mobile home ?
