Hi everyone,
My parents have a neighbor that is an absolute nightmare about his lawn and could be bipolar.
If anyone gets near his lawn, he yells and threatens. We found out he actually moved from their last neighborhood because the HOA and neighbors wanted him out due to threats towards others.
We found some very large large nails now put into the property line. Come out about 8 inches out of the grass. I’m assuming he did this in case we mow to close to his lawn, it would get caught up in the mower.
We are unsure to contact the HOA, police about it because someone could get hurt. We also don’t want retaliation.
