My office landlord is trying to evict me without cause. I'm in a lease and my rent is way below market value. I'm in a single party recording state and I have a recording of them threatening to lock me out and call the police to have me escorted out of the building. I told them that was illegal and they said it wasn't and they were going to so it. They also put it in writing that same day and slid it under my door. The same day as well they turned the heat way up on my office as they know my office gets very hot with my computers in it. It's a locked thermostat so I can't control the temp.
I'm very poor and can't afford an attorney. I tried calling legal aid but their phone isn't even accepting calls as the recorded message said they're very busy. Since this is repeated and documented harassment can I get some type of court order to make them stop threatening me and turn the heat down?
