Illegal Operations of NCIC at the State Attorneys Office (Florida)

LOCATION: FORT LAUDERDALE, FL

Good Morning all,

I work at the State Attorneys office in Florida (would like to keep the circuit private) I became certified 8 months ago from sometime in August of 2025. My Supervisor, Supervisor Lead, ASAIC, and Head of HR are responsible for placing me in an open space cubicle to run NCIC. Yesterday I finally made a complaint to the FBI online tip line, as they are continuing to move me around in the unit into open cubicles to run NCIC. On Friday I had two meetings, the second meeting towards the end of the day, The head of HR stated that someone else in ADMIN1 (a particular Administrator above her) also approved that this is okay according to new laws. I printed out system safeguards for my own discretion following this matter. I believe HR protects supervisors and is corrupt, this is why I have called upon a meeting at the beginning of the day before my second meeting happened this past Friday with the head of HR and the head of Administration because I do not trust HR.

Can anyone assist with what steps I should take next? I am scared I will lose my job but feel like I have been targeted and harassed for a long time following consistent changes with my placement in the office, as my supervisors have banded together to micromanage and give me a hard time. Two others I work with in my unit who run NCIC have office spaces, as I feel like this is workplace discrimination.
