Let me start by saying I’m 9 months post partum with a beautiful son. Married for one year. My husband is an electrician and makes decent money. I chose to stay home with my son. I also took out my retirement to help with bills. I pay my car payment, phone bill, and electric bill.
Well long story short husband started being very cold and distant no intimacy. I suspected cheating. He also started dipping into my retirement money to pay the mortgage which I thought was strange. I have a friend who works for so and so money transfer app. They looked at his account (I know this was wrong) and this man was spending thousands and thousands of dollars on multiple women. One in particular almost weekly. All with sexual comments like play time or hush hush money or things like Ubers. He was even paying someone’s phone bill.
Money was also being spent on adderall.
Keep in mind his mother is paying his phone bill and car payment to “help out” plus buying diapers and more.
All while he blows money on other woman. So I left him. Took our baby and went to my sisters. What are my legal rights. This would be financial infidelity correct? I mean this is money that could have went to our son’s future.
