Location: California Hoping someone can help-- I live in an area where there is significant corruption, so attorneys are reluctant to take our case. Husband was arrested four years ago. We are both professionals-- he lost his job as the arrest was all over the news. Charges are officially 'Decline to file' and the statute of limitations has expired. Are we legally able to have this scrubbed from the internet? There are about 50 stories online that pop up when you search his name. We've talked with several attorneys and they have not helped. Trying to settle this and move on with life. And advice would be greatly appreciated.
