I'm M25 an heir in active probate. The estate administrator served me a 60-day eviction notice expiring July 21 through an attorney who isn't even the attorney of record. I filed an objection blocking the proposed sale of the property. I have a fee waiver. And filed a de-172 and certified mailed the lawyer and the administrator and have been returned to me because they refused to take it. I have evidence.
I need to file something to stop the eviction.
I’ve lived with my dad my whole life. He passed away in June of 2025 with no physical will that can be found but my aunt has only a screen shot of the front page only somehow. I didn’t know there was even a will but she had it on standby.
It makes her suspect to me instantly. She’s been shady with me through all of this. And has threatened me multiple times by trying to kick me out and lie about it saying her lawyer said to tell me. And to call her but her lawyer never has replied to me for months and even when I tried to call her to work something out.
So it’s been a whole year and a month with dealing with all of this by myself. It’s been a real struggle learning as much as I could up to this point.
