Hey all. Ex went through ORS to have support evaluated.
It's the first time it was done and it happened at such a rough time. The main highlight is the job that I had, I lost just after sending in all my documents to ORS. I had the biggest year ever on the prior tax year and my most recent 3 stubs were big- with one of them being the biggest paycheck I've ever had. The result was of course higher child support.
I took a brutal paycut at a new work place. I'm making about 60% less now.
This letter I was served this AM has a stamped notice on it that I can file a written response to the motion and that it must be filed at least 14 days before the hearing.
It doesn't mention how I can or when the hearing is. Is there anything that can be done at this point?
