What is the earliest possible timeframe to get off of probation with early termination of a 5 year probation sentence with all restitution paid, no dirty UA’s, and no violations in Ohio? My lawyer said she would file a motion at the 1 year mark. Search forums said 1/2 way mark typically, but some searches say it is possible 12-18 months in. This is for a first time felony offense with high restitution.
