Location: south carolina my parked car was hit by a delivery driver and they left the scene without saying anything. I have video footage of the incident but the angle doesn't clearly show the license plate, so I can't fully identify the vehicle. I looked at the streets there are no cameras installed and the buildings there is one but its broken. I already reported it but I'm not sure what the next steps usually are in a situation like this.
