Location: Fort Lauderdale
I was hired and signed a two year contract to fly one specific plane for a small charter company. The company has a few different types of planes but my contract only has one specific type.
After one month of flying, the plane went down for maintenance and has been down for seven months. I’m making little to no money since I’m not working so if I leave would that be considered a breach of contract?
