Looking for custody agreement advice. Location: Texas
Child's father lives more than 100 miles away. (Father in Idaho, Mother in Texas. Child's home in Texas with Mother.)
In our agreement, it says my child's paternal grandparents can exercise the father's possession rights if he is unable to do so.
"Save and except for extended summertime possession".
So, if my child is not with his father for his extended summertime, because his father "doesn't have time," doesn't this mean his grandparents need to return him home? Please correct me, if I am wrong. Or if anyone has some other legal advice, please share.
Thank you
