Can a beneficiary enter the home without permission?

Location: Colorado

My last remaining grandparent has recently died. He named my aunt the executor in his will. He signed a beneficiary deed with all three of his children's names. The will states that the house is to be sold and the money split evenly between them.

My aunt has not had a chance to distribute the rest of my grandparents' assets yet. She has secured the house by changing the locks. Her brother, my uncle, is now demanding access to the house as a beneficiary. Is my aunt required to grant him access before the assets within the house have been distributed? Nobody else lived in the home with my grandparents when they died.
