First time home seller here.
Our closing was scheduled for today. Buyer’s lender and agent showed up, but the buyer did not show up. (The buyer is fine. He just changed his mind and no longer wants to pay the closing costs.)
Now our agent says, attorney will be serving him a letter tomorrow to demand he close. If he doesn’t, both brokerages are suing.
This has been really emotionally and physically draining on our end 😞😭
