Best way to go about this lawsuit? TX

Location: Texas.

Invested $25,000 into a what was supposed to be a new bar in Texas. 3 months only was supposed to be for the duration of the World Cup a little before and a little after. Have a contract with those details and my equity for the $25k

Long story short it never opened or even really got started. Asked for my money back and was send another contract with two options. Option A was full refund with $12,500 sent immediately and the rest over 3 months and option B was invest in another bar idea (lol). I chose option A

Over the last 3 weeks I’ve been told a wire was sent 5 different times, meet me at such and such place 3-4x and basically just getting the run around and feeling like a fool at this point. They’ve acknowledged on text they owe me, along with the second contract admitting they owe me plus other texts admitting they owe me etc etc so that’s not up for debate or dispute.

My question is what type of attorney should I get and am I able to sue them and ask for lawyers fees along with it? I’d hate to spend $10-15,000 trying to recoup $25,000. The wire was to an LLC and that LLC makes money. They have another business under that LLC that generates money so it’s not like they are broke/bankrupt.

Should’ve done my research ahead of time just googling his name he’s had 2 prior lawsuits against him for essentially the same thing.

Thanks
