I got a year probation for paraphenalia in I got a DUI my 3rd day on probation, then I got a possession charge when I got picked up for the DUI. 6 months into my probation I also wasn't reporting. once I got picked up in the beginning of Aug I went to jail for a cpl months then did inpatient rehab, and been doing everything I need to, passing all my urines and Im in Intesive outpatient rehab, I am stepping down to regular Outpatient rehab next week, it is now April, I paid off multiple old fines in 3 counties, I took a highway safety course and got a CRN assessment and paid it the 300$ fee, I been doing great for 8 months. I have a revocation hearing coming up For the DUI and possession charges. how likely is it I will get jail time vs added probation sentanced and is there anything I can do to help my situation? I can't afford a lawyer
